Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Administrator, your duties will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment: creating job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Managing onboarding processes: coordinating candidate communications, processing documentation, and facilitating orientation
- Handling employee relations: addressing inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and promoting employee engagement
- Assisting in performance management: administering reviews, tracking attendance, and managing leaves
- Maintaining compliance and records: ensuring accurate employee files and adherence to Nigerian labor laws
- Organizing training & development activities: identifying training needs, scheduling programs, and tracking results
- Preparing HR reports: metrics on turnover, recruitment, and HR KPIs
- Providing general administrative support: assisting with interdepartmental coordination and office procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on HR administrative experience (experience with hybrid working environments preferred).
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Discretion in handling confidential information and a high level of professionalism
