About the Role
As a Brand Promoter & Ambassador at FoliXx Hospitality, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience and increasing brand visibility. Your main duty is to embody the company’s values, build strong relationships with customers, and promote our services both online and offline.
This is a public-facing position that involves consistent interaction with individuals, teams, and communities. It is best suited for someone who is highly presentable, a great communicator, and enthusiastic about hospitality, food service, and customer satisfaction. You will be the face and energy of FoliXx at events, activations, and in-store campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
As a Brand Promoter & Ambassador, you will be expected to:
- Represent the FoliXx Hospitality brand at events, activations, and promotions.
- Educate customers about the brand, its services, offers, and culture.
- Increase awareness and visibility through word-of-mouth and digital promotion.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty by delivering a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and field initiatives.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and merchandise.
- Collect feedback from customers and communicate insights to management.
- Support in-store operations and maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Track promotional performance and generate activity reports.
Requirements and Skills
- Must be physically present in Lagos and available for activations.
- Friendly personality and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Passionate about the hospitality and service industry.
- Confidence in public speaking and face-to-face interaction.
- Presentable, energetic, and creative in approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in promotional or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
- Ability to speak clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences.
Remuneration
The selected candidate will earn between ₦80,000 and ₦120,000 monthly with additional performance-based bonuses, transport allowances, and access to sponsored training and growth opportunities.
