Job Responsibilities
As an HR Admin at Mecer Consulting Limited, your duties will include:
- Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with statutory and organizational standards.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff.
- Supporting training and workforce development initiatives across departments.
- Managing employee benefits, leave tracking, performance appraisals, and HR compliance.
- Providing administrative support during audits, ISO certifications, and internal HR reviews.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of staff complaints, grievances, and HR inquiries.
- Handling HRIS data entry, database updates, and generating monthly reports.
- Supporting HR projects and providing advisory assistance to the HR manager.
Requirements and Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on HR administration experience in a manufacturing or corporate consulting environment.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and good understanding of Nigeria labor laws.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, PHRi, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
