Eligibility and Requirements
For Academic Staff:
- Minimum of Master’s degree (PhD is an added advantage for senior positions)
- Relevant teaching and research experience
- Strong publication record in reputable journals
- Professional registration where applicable (e.g., NMCN for Nursing, COREN for Engineering)
For Non-Academic Staff:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND (Upper Credit)
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Salary and Benefits

Academic staff salaries range from ₦250,000 to ₦850,000 monthly depending on rank and experience, while non-academic staff earn between ₦120,000 and ₦350,000. Additional benefits include:
