Program Overview: NLNG Graduate Trainee 2025
The NLNG Graduate Trainee Program is a full-time, structured onboarding and training experience for young professionals. Trainees will undergo:

Who Is Eligible?
The ideal candidate is ambitious, highly driven, and academically qualified. NLNG is looking for Nigerian graduates who meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications
You must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least a Second-Class Upper (2:1) in any of the following disciplines:
- Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Structural, Petroleum, Process, Petrochemical, Marine
- Sciences – Pure and Applied Sciences, Environmental Sciences
- Law
- Project Management
- Social & Management Sciences
- Arts & Humanities
- Shipping and Marine Studies
- Information Technology / Information Management
Additional Criteria
- Must have completed NYSC no earlier than 2021
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Basic understanding of energy or industrial sectors is a plus
