Kredete, a financial technology platform based in Lagos, is hiring a Growth Product Manager to lead the strategy behind user acquisition, retention, and engagement across its entire suite of fintech products. The platform helps African immigrants build credit and transfer funds across borders using modern systems like Stablecoins and embedded payments. This role is part of a hybrid contract-to-full-time offer and presents an opportunity to impact product performance and financial access for users in over 30 countries.
In this highly analytical role, the Growth Product Manager will own usage metrics such as activation, feature adoption, churn, and DAU/WAU/MAU. The ideal candidate is expected to take ownership of Kredete’s end-to-end analytics infrastructure and lead experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization of conversion funnels. The role demands experience with tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, and the ability to turn insights into actionable product improvements.
Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience in product growth or strategy, with proven success in scaling multiple product lines, especially in high-growth or startup environments. Familiarity with financial infrastructure, SaaS, and mobile consumer apps is a strong advantage. Technical skill with BI tools, SQL, and experimentation frameworks is essential, along with strong reporting and collaboration capabilities.
